The Qdot Living Product Review Reward is designed to encourage genuine customer feedback.
It is separate from Qdot Living Family membership. A customer does not need to be a Qdot Living Family member to unlock the 1% Product Review Reward.
After an eligible Qdot Living purchase, the customer can submit the required review for the previous eligible purchase.
Once the review is submitted and accepted under the review guidelines, the 1% Product Review Reward is unlocked for the next eligible purchase.
Review submitted → 1% reward unlocked for the next eligible purchase
Review not submitted → 1% reward remains locked
If you did not submit the review immediately, you can return to the previous eligible purchase later, submit the required review, and then unlock the reward.
The reward is not payment for a positive review.
Positive, neutral and negative reviews are eligible under the same rules.
What matters is that the review reflects the customer's genuine product and ownership experience.
Positive feedback helps Qdot Living understand what customers value, while critical feedback can help us identify where products, delivery, service or the overall buying experience may need improvement.
Because Qdot Living Family membership is not required, a returning customer with a smaller cart can still benefit from the 1% Product Review Reward if the review requirement has been completed.
Where a returning customer also qualifies for the Qdot Living Family Reward and Bundle Reward, the 1% Product Review Reward can form part of the maximum 18% combined reward.
The customer is not yet a Qdot Living Family member.

The customer can return to the previous eligible purchase, submit a genuine review and unlock the reward for the next eligible order.
